This is one of my views every day as I hike my land with my dogs. As Mt. Gibbs, part of the astonishing Sangre De Cristo Range dominates the background, the gnarled old tree in the foreground is a colorful contrast. There is so much going on in this scene, you might miss the little snowshoe rabbit just hanging outside his or her winter burrow.
