Since he was a weanling bull calf, Bailey lived at Horsefeathers Farm with Sam & Jane Earnest. He was trained to ride & would bow gracefully when asked. He died at the ripe old age of 17, January 2014. He would have been 18 on August 23 of that year. When he died, his horn span reached 103 inches...4.2 inches longer than the one in the Guinness Book of World Records.

Ha HA! You should have seen him walk...He would sway that head back and forth and it never ceased to amaze me how he could maneuver to get into the little pole barn with his buddy Jeremiah, the brahma to get out of the rain.
